What can I say about this bride…other than I just love her! Talk about real! So easy going about everything! I’m so happy I got to photograph her! My daughter helped me out with her bridals and her wedding.  Haley will tell you that she thinks Tie is awesome!!! She is so awesome, than on her wedding day, she was up and at the church by 6:30 to get her hair and makeup done so that we could beat the heat and capture that pretty morning sunlight!! It was SO worth it!! But I must not forget how awesome Kirk was as well. He was such a trooper with all the waiting he had to endure! Just an absolute wonderful couple!! I was also lucky enough to get permission to shoot at this amazing location!! So here are just a few favs from her bridal session and a couple from the wedding…enjoy!!!!!!

Long time no post!!! Wow, spring has definitely sprung around here!!!! I love it!! I must say it’s been a tad windy lately, but that’s Oklahoma for ya!  I have been so busy photographing some awesome seniors the past few weeks. I will be posting some of those later.  Now, on to this AMAZING wedding!!!! Everything was perfect!! With that said, Amanda Sikich from Planned2Perfection made it happen.  I had such a great time at this wedding!! Just take a look and see for yourself! It really was fabulous!!!!!!

Well, it’s finally starting to look like Spring here in Oklahoma!!! So glad about that!! We are of course known for our crazy weather, but this year, I don’t know that I’ve ever been more ready for Spring to arrive!!! I started out this month with a beautiful bride! Lauren commissioned me to shoot part of her special day!! She was fortunate enough to have a family member photograph her ceremony and reception. But I was the lucky one to capture all of her exquisite details. I about jumped for joy when I open the box to her Stuart Weitzman shoes!! Lauren has an amazing sense of style!!  Everything was just gorgeous!!!!!! See for yourself!!!!!

This past weekend I had the pleasure of photographing Kayla and Jack’s AMAZING wedding. I had such a great time with them. They are an amazing couple with amazing friends and family.  Everything was just beautiful. There was a rockin’ reception at the OU stadium afterwards. I have so many great images to share but for now, that will have to wait. I’ve been on pins and needles waiting to share some images from Kayla’s bridal session.  We did the session at the Scottish Rite’s Temple, located in Guthrie.  It was a very cold day but Kayla was a trooper and braved the cold for a few outdoor images. WOW, I can’t believe how fast this past year went by! It was a great year for Tammy Odell Photography! God has truly  blessed me no doubt about it. I have the most amazing clients.  I’ve missing sharing some of my favorite images, because I just haven’t had the time to blog the way I would like to.  So I decided to do a blog post of favorites. I wish I had the time to blog every image so it can be seen HUGE, because the only way to view a great images is to see it HUGE. But here we are with that whole time issue again.  So this will just have to do. I think the hardest part is deciding which images to use.  So I just went with the ones that spoke to me.

I just want to take a second to say “THANK YOU” to all of my wonderful clients.  It ’s been a privilege capturing your special memories.  You’re all so amazing and I appreciate each one of you!  I hope you all have a very blessed 2010!!!

Ok, this blog post is huge. I mean, tons of images. I just couldn’t decide on what to post.  I just finished the final touches on this wedding, so a huge blog post was a little easier this time around.  What can I say? I LOVED this wedding.  Janie’s style was so vintage. Everything was so soft and delicate.  The details were fabulous. I just loved it! Not to mention that it was an Air Force wedding, so that made it even more special.  But for me, my favorite part was when Steve serenaded  Janie with a little love song.  A little excerpt  from Adam Sandler and “The Wedding Singer”,  it was perfect!!! Just as Janie and Steve are perfect for eachother.  Thanks Janie and Steve for choosing me to document your love on such a special day. Congrats to you guys!!!

So I’m really trying to do a few more post here on the blog,  I’ve had some amazing senior sessions lately. I just did this one last night. It was cold, cloudy and we almost rescheduled. But I’m so glad this gorgeous girl decided to go ahead and tough it out. She was a trooper!! She has the most amazing eyes. I think it runs in her family. I have done pics of her cousins and they too have these gorgeous blue eyes.  As you will see below. My soon to be ( next week) 13 year old daughter said…that is just NOT fair. They all have those gorgeous eyes!!!   Well, she has beautiful blue eyes too. I’ll have to post some new pics of my kiddos soon, as I have some new ones  that I love!!!

What a BEAUTIFUL wedding this was!!!!!!!!!! It was just perfect!! I had such a great time creating some beautiful images for this amazing couple. Who I know is waiting SO patiently to see their wedding photos.  I’m about to wrap up this busy wedding season, just in time to get super busy with portraits!! I’ve had some AMAZING senior sessions lately and can’t wait to share some! But for now here is a little sneak peek for Crystal and Tommy. You guys were wonderful!!! Here we go again, another blog post for another beautiful bride who I know is SO  anxious to see her pictures.  I am working on them as I type.  I had so many more I wanted to post so badly, but these blog post are not such a quick thing to get ready. I’m trying to just show a few and believe me it’s hard! Kaylee and Chase had a beautiful wedding.  I’m so glad I was there to capture their love for one another.

On a side note, I can’t believe the summer is over and fall is just around the corner. I am so excited about fall.  Ready for some pumpkin spice candles,  cooler temps, and of course some Tuesday/Friday night lights at the football field.  I am  also almost completely booked for portraits the rest of 2009.  I did say *almost*, I have just a handful of  spots left to fill.  SO don’t wait to call and try to book your session, it may be to late!

Here I am again with another blog post.  I’m on a roll folks!! I’m going to keep the words short and sweet and just get right down to the images!!  I know Autumn is waiting very patiently to see her slideshow.  So I’m hoping this will hold her over until I get it finished. This wedding was a blast!  As I was going thru them, I found myself laughing out loud on some of the reception images. Everyone was having such a good time!! So here are just a few favs, as well as a few favs from Autumn’s bridal session, which I think may have taken place on the hottest day of the year. But she rocked it out and you’d never know it was triple digit heat outside!!
